Pray on MLK

On August 28, the 59th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech, cities from around the nation will be going to their local MLK streets to pray for the church to lead in conversations of truth, reconciliation and city transformation. You can participate in Nashville or in Franklin!

Nashville: We are partnering with Unite.Tn and their prayer walk for reconciliation and unity within the schools. This time of prayer will be led by students and end with communion on MLK Blvd in Nashville. Meet at the metropolitan courthouse at 3 PM, the prayer walk normally takes about 90 minutes. Free parking is available at 101 James Robertson Parking Garage.

Franklin: We will be praying on MLK Jr. Street near the Bicentennial Bridge in Franklin from 4-5 PM.

Corporate Gathering: We will gather together to worship at the Bicentennial Bridge in Franklin at 5:30 PM
